Every year Palilula Municipality is the organizer of the two traditional annual manifestations:

• Palilula Night, 3rd June. It is a traditional night of `old town` Serbian song and dance, including good traditional food and fair. Palilula Night is also a part of Days of St Emperor Constantine and St Helen manifestation in Nis – City of Nis Saint`s day

• Sabor srpskih svetitelja - Saint Celebration Day of Palilula Municipality (beginning of September every year)
  
  

Palilula Municipality is also a sponsor or countenancer of many manifestations over the year, such as:

• St Sava Day - ceremony gathering the best pupils and retired teachers from Palilula schools

• Mini Fest in Nis 2009/2010

• International film manifestation `Classic German film`

• Days of burek – traditional gathering of best cooks and chefs of traditional Serbian pie made with cheese, meat, spinach…

• Ekopolis Fest – June 5 – 10 (2005-2010)

• Traditional New Year and Christmas manifestation and presents for first year elementary school pupils, orphans, Roma children…

• New Year`s Gala Concert- concert of classic music
