Milan was born on April 24 1979 in Nis where he finished elementary and secondary school, High Law at Law Faculty in Nis and High business school of professional studies – Management- international business administration. Academic professional title `graduated manager` received at the Faculty for business industrial management in Belgrade. Sportsman of generation. He is also the owner of tourist organization. Milan is member of City board URS in Nis. For the councilor of Palilula Municipal Assembly was elected on July 11 2008 and then for the member of the Council. At the moment he is also a councilor in the Assembly of the City of Nis and member of the council in Palilula Municipality. Married, father of little Nemanja.

Svetislav Petrovic was born on August 9 1945. He finished elementary and secondary school in Nis. He is highly qualified worker. In former mandate of Palilula Municipal Assembly he was the chief of councilors group of SPS. He is also secretary of Municipal board of SPS – Palilula as well as a member of City board SPS Nis. He is married, father of two.
