LAST CINEMA SHOW - MINI FEST 2010 IN NIS February 24 - March 2

The movies fans in Nis will have the opportunity the see 14 movies from the list of this years Belgrade fest 2010. It is organized thanks to the cooperation of NKC, distributor house `Pro-vision` as well as the sponsors of manifestation. As the organizers emphasized Srdjan Savic, director of NKC, Dejan Dabic, editor of NKC film programme, Dragan Arsovic, producer of distributor house `Pro-vision`, ` Mini fest 2010 in Nis is organized with such a motto as a warning to Nis public and cultural authorities of the city of Nis there is the realistic possibility for this city to be left without any cinema projections, even this one - the very last cinema.

PhD Igor Novakovic, president of Palilula Municipality reminded all that the people from Nis love good movies and expect that important cultural manifestations do not just pass by our city. `Over 5,000 visitors were are last year`s Mini Fest and it is a good sign of the interest of this public for this type of art. We are doing the same thing this year- we support this sort of cultural manifestations. Preserving from oblivion cinema and cinematography is a part of our mission and developmental strategy. Cooperation with the cultural institutions, especially NKC, makes us even more successful. We expect, regarding this matter that other donors that recognize the values in culture will join `.

With bought ticket a visitor gets DVD movie (Pro-vision) with a movie title of his of her choice. `We put efforts to choose the key films from this years Fest, so that our Nis public could have the impression about the quality of last years top film production` - said Srdjan Savic. And with this movie gifts we are strongly joining the action against movie piracy.

Dejan Dabic  added that this year Mini fest will be opened with `Decembar 32` , first movie project in Republica Srpska. Dragan Arsovic, the representative of Pro vision said that even last cinema in Nis will be possibly closed after this Mini fest, since the last two years it has been active only with financial losses and only  Pro vision`s  good will is that this cinema is still active. `There is no single cinema anywhere from Nis so it is even strange that this one is still active`.

It was announced that this year sound and picture would be according to high standards so that Nis public could have complete feeling.
