STANDARD

Palilula
Municipality
established
quality
system
management
according to
ISO
9001:2008
STANDARD,
after it had
received
positive
recommendations
of the
certified
firm SGS
(Switzerland),
to provide
certificate
to this
local
government.
Palilula
Municipality
is among
three local
self-governments
in Serbia (Stari
Grad, Novi
Beograd,
Sabac) that
with
ratification
of this
quality
system
standard
ISO
9001:2008
and getting
positive
recommendation
of
SGS-certifaction
firm,
affirmes the
fact that
its quality
standard is
capable of
reaching
results
that came
from the
policy and
aims of
quality and
this refers
first of all
to the
satisfaction
of service
users –
Palilula
citizens and
all employed
in the
Municipality
– emphasized
president Novakovic.
In this way
Palilula-one
of Nis
municipalities,
found itself
on the world
reference
list of
local
self-governments
that with
their work
fullfil
strict
standards of
quality
system
management
according to
ISO
9001:2008
STANDARD.
All began
with the
Decsion of
the
president of
this
Municipality
to form
Council for
quality that
in the
beginning of
this year
started woth
the work on
the projects
of
establishing
quality
system
management
according to
ISO
9001:2008
standard.
According to
these
authorizations,
the
president
brought the
act on April
7 2009
called
`Policy of
Quality`:
`The
administration
of Palilula
Municipality
fulfils all
the demands
of the
system of
quality
management
of ISO
9001:2000
standard.
This quality
system
management
is a part of
working
policy and
all the
activities
on its
setting,
maintaining
and
continual
improvement
are
modulated by
relevant
legal
regulative.
We openly
and honestly
deal with
business
processes
using the
skills of
our
employees
and using
the methods
and tools of
the quality,
aiming at
responding
to our
organization
needs and
the needs of
users of
services. We
aim at
fulfilling
complete
satisfaction
of our
service
users. The
management
promotes and
encourages
all the
employed to
take active
part in
activities
of process
improvement.
We also work
on permanent
knowledge
and
training,
aiming at
competence
improvement
and quality
improvement
and raising
consciousness
on the
quality
importance.
Top
management
establishes
the policy
of quality
and the
quality
objectives
and
continuously
questions
them all
with the
wish to make
them secure
and that the
demands of
the service
users are
understood
and
fulfilled.
The
employees
are getting
introduced
with quality
policy, so
that that
they could
understand
it and give
their
contribution
to making
our aim
realized –
complete
satisfaction
of the
users. The
employed are
dedicated to
these aims
realization
that lead to
continual
improvement.
This policy
is
obligatory
for all the
employed`.
This is
certified
with high
mark stated
in anonymous
questionnaire
that is
implemented
in the
procedure of
certification
of Palilula
Municipality
with the
citizens and
employed
–users of
our
services-
emphasized
PhD
Novakovic,
the
president.
Quality
policy is
put on all
entrances
and basic
spots of
Palilula
Municipality
workers. The
public was
also
informed
about the
introduction
of Quality
policy in
Palilula
Municipality
over media.
