URGENT THIRTEEN ASSEMBLY MEETING

 The councilors of Palilula Municipal Assembly, summoned by the president of the Assembly Milan Djurdjevic, participated in the work of 13th Assembly meeting that was called urgently. During this meeting two submitted proposals by the City Council were taken into consideration. Since they deal with the matters of interest for the citizens of Palilula Municipality, that made the reason why this meeting was scheduled urgently so that the first opinions will be submitted to Nis City Assembly for further procedure.

After adopting the Minutes from 12th meeting, the Proposal for the development of the City of Nis for 2010 was taken into consideration. Palilula Municipal Assembly supported in whole the Programme of city development for 2010. The Decision for giving positive Opinion to the Programme of development of the City for 2010 for the Administration for agriculture, sustainable development and life surrounding protection, was brought. The councilors of Palilula Assembly gave the following proposals in connection with the additions of this document: under the point 2.3.1. Gasification: Gasification is taken into account - smaller part of Palilula territory and only in the form of completion of already started works in the part where distributive gas net exists. The largest part of Palilula is not covered not even for the first phase. For having current stage of energetic and great oscillations in providing electric energy, with the introduction of gasification also in other parts of Palilula the life quality will be improved.

Under the point 2.5. Infrastructural development in rural area; Vinik and Gorica IV should not be in the part that refers to rural area, since we deal here with city Local communities. Priorities are: under the point 2.3.3. Development of electro - energetic capacities-Increasing of electro net and better supply, under 2.4. Traffic infrastructure: Security for all railway crosses especially in Donje Medjurovo village, so that better conditions for traffic will be provided on the railway cross that is in the level of the road, and with this to prevent traffic accidents. Positive opinion is given to Programme of adaptation of building land and structuring for financial plan for the year 2010. The Assembly of Palilula Municipality gave the following suggestions to proposal giver: in the part - beginning of the structuring object: city area-all the buildings of Local communities in the area where they do not exist now - to build new. As a priority in the Programme of reconstruction of building land and construction for financial plan for 2010, the Assembly of Palilula Municipality specially emphasized the objects and the net of water supply and sewerage system. For that objective, it is necessary to compete all the started works on rural water-pipe systems in whole territory; to solve the problem of channeling waste waters.
