2010 MUNICIPAL BUDGET ADOPTED

Twelve meeting of Palilula Assembly was organized on December 11 in NKC building. On this meeting presided by Milan Djurdjevic, president Palilula Assembly and Vesna Jovanovic Jankovic, general secretary of Assembly with majority of votes adopted Municipal budget for 2010 in the amount of 129,4 million dinars. As it was stated in introductory speech of budget proposal, 92,2, million dinars will be realized on the basis of transfer from other authorities levels, about 37 million dinars the Municipality will provide from own incomes with planned positive balance of 5 million dinars. Outcomes are modulated with incomes and together are increased for 8,1 percent which is equal to projected inflation rate for the next year. According to PhD Igor Novakovic words, in given work conditions and authorities, Municipality will help all categories of citizens to which that help is really necessary. In the previous period social help has been shared also to those who do not deserve it. Over the projects and in cooperation with the Center for social work and Job market we will provide the possibility of work engagement of one part of those in hardest social position during the coming year –emphasized president.

The councilors from Serbian radical party did not vote for the budget and explained their position with the words that ` budget resources are used without purposes and are not satisfactory for the needs of social matters and agriculture`. Dr Ljubisa Miahjlovic, chief of this councilors group spoke about it.

The councilors brought other decisions from Municipal work: Decision on mandate termination to councilor Boban Jovanovic (G17 plus)- Mladjan Dinkic; decisions on mandate confirmation to councilor Sasa Matic (G17 plus)-Mladjan Dinkic, decisions about termination of member features for survey committee to Ljubisa Mihajlovic and Miodrag Cvetanovic from Serbian radical party – Tomislav Nikolic and decision about acquittal for member of survey committee Dejan Ilici from G17 Plus-Mladjan Dinkic.

The councilors of Palilula did not give the compliance to previous opinion on PDR reconstruction of existing power level line from TC Nis 2 to TC Nis 1 with introduction into TC Nis 8.
