COMPUTER AND A PRINTER -

PRESENTS FOR THE PUPILS IN DONJE MEDJUROVO

18.12.2008.

The delegation led by Milan Djurdjevic, the president of Palilula Assembly and Milan Stevanovic, the councillo of Palilula Municipality, on December 18 visited the pupils and the teachers of the branch elementary school `Desanka Maksimovic` in village Donje Medjurovo. The headmaster of the school Mrs. Mirjana Radovanovic – Tosic received a present from Palilula Municipality- computer and printer. `This equipment will be daily used in this school in the process of education of 46 pupils` (age to 11) emphasized the headmaster of the school. She also noticed that `this could be, for someone a small present, but for this school big help`.

This school started with its work in 1922 in village Cokot. Today it is one big school with 8 branches in: Novo Selo, Lalinac, Selo Bubanj, Donje Medjurovo, Gornje Medjurovo, Krusce, Mramor, Mramorski Potok. The elementary education is, with this organization, provided to 1,013 pupils!

`Desanaka Maksimovic` school is one of five schools in Serbia that in 2008 fulfilled all the demands and requests for the project ` For the most inclusive school` .
