creativity,
persistence, self-
confidence and
responsibility come
to its full shape`.
Mrs. Slavica Djokic,
the general manager
of `Dusko Radovic`
Institution reminded
the guests and media
that the care for
the young and for
the children one of
the most refined
tasks in one life.
`Dusko Radovic`
Institution started
its work in 1984 and
to 1990 it had
worked according to
so called ` family
home ` principle and
after 1990 it has
been working as a
classic
institutional type.
Today it is an
institution of
social protection
that takes care of
the children and
young people without
parents and also of
the children whose
normal development
was disturbed by
certain bad family
matters. The
Institution is
active until the
moment these
children are back to
their healthy and
normal families or
they are fully
capable of work and
living on their own.
In this moment, this
Institution takes
care of 47 children,
and young people
with refugee status
and 104 kids.
