knjiga` will be
in Palilula
Municipal
building next to
Service and
information
desk.
In this way
Palilula
Municipality
almost first
takes the place
in the action
called `THE
MONTH OF
PUBLISHERS` -
true novelty
coming from NKC
this year.
The aim of this
action is
popularization
of the books and
making them more
available for
our citizens,
first regarding
the young:
pupils and
students. This
is the main
reason this
project idea
practically
insists on
public places in
the city like
municipal
buildings,
schools and
faculties are.
The major
intention is to
say NO to the
trend of dieing
of books as
media and
libraries as
cult places in
modern way of
life we live
today.
The most famous
Serbian
publishers will
have a chance to
represent their
latest releases,
in NKC
(promotions,
round tables…)
and in other
educational and
cultural city
institutions.
