Social care of children is based on few rights parents can fulfill  -they are precise on all three levels: republic, regional and local. With this type of care the society tries to make better the conditions for satisfying children basic needs, to give impulse to birth rate and to help materially jeopardized families and families with disabled children. Palilula Municipality has already strictly defined in its Strategy all these activities in this area.
