BUSINESSMEN
AND
CITIZENS,
TELL US WHAT
YOU THINK!
20.07.2009.

Within the
project of
regulatory
reform
`Strengthening
of
competitiveness
on local
level`, that
is being
jointly
implemented
by
International
financial
cooperation
(IFC) –
group of
World Bank,
City of Nis
and five Nis
municipalities,
businessmen
and citizens
have been
called to
give their
comments and
recommendations
for the
improvement
of
administrative
procedures
that are
already
implemented
in city and
municipal
administrative
offices.
Palilula
Municipality
has taken
active part
in the
realization
of this
project.
Businessmen
and
citizens,
who have had
found
certain
problems in
the work
with city
and
municipal
administrative
departments,
can send
their
proposals
and ideas to
giljotina
@gu.ni.rs.
The
representatives
of the City
of Nis and
Nis
Municipalities
signed the
agreement
with
International
financial
cooperation
(IFC) based
on mutual
work and
cooperation
on the
development
of better
conditions
for business
activities
over the
simplifying
of
administrative
procedures
and
providing
better
services to
entrepreneurs.
With the
realization
of this
agreement,
more
commonly
recognizable
as `guillotine`
of
regulations,
all
administrative
procedures
will be
simplified.
In this way
the citizens
and
entrepreneurs
will get
efficient
and modern
local
administration
that will
work in the
service of
their
citizens and
interested
investors.
The
guillotine
of
regulations
also has in
its
programme
the
establishment
of better
relations
between the
citizens and
representatives
of local
administration.
