RECEPTION FOR THE CHILDREN OF SOLDIERS AND WAR INVALIDS

 Milan Djurdjevic, president of the Palilula Assembly and the members of Palilula Municipal Council – Milan Stevanovic, Zorica Stoiljkovic and Milan Andrejic organized the reception in the Municipality for eleven children 3-14 years old –children of the members of Association of the veterans and war invalids of Municipal board of Palilula, as well as for the died soldiers in the last war. The representatives of Municipality gave the guests small presents. The president of the Association of veterans and war invalids of Palilula and the president of the Union of the Associations of war invalids of the wars of the 90s (City of Nis) were also present at the reception.

The president of Palilula Assembly, M. Djurdjevic welcomed the guests in the name of the president of the Municipality, Mr. Novakovic and emphasized that Palilula Municipality would help these associations in the future period, adding that further activities had been already agreed.

Milan Stevanovic, councilor of Palilula Municipality, said that he was much satisfied for the arranged cooperation, but also sent a word to the children-the guests- that they should be just proud of their fathers, since they were nothing but the true heroes who did everything for the country and with their efforts and sacrifices made our community eternally grateful and obliged. `That is why-he added-you should try to be good pupils and, one day, great people`.

Ljubormir Trsic, the president of the Association of war veterans and was invalids of Palilula thanked Palilula Municipality for the help and emphasized that Palilula authorities had always the time for their problems and that that Palilula stood for the first municipal entity they had managed to have cooperation with.

Ljubisa Stamenkovic, president of the Union of association of war invalids of the wars in 1990s (City of Nis) spoke of variety of problems that many associations like this met every day and he invited Palilula Municipality to cooperate in their solving.
