2009 Unified
communal
billing
service is
provided in
Municipal
building of
Palilula.
Service
office desk
will provide
communal,
residential
and other
services and
taxes.
Working time
of unified
communal
billing
service desk
will be
every
working day
from 9 am to
3 pm.
Palilula
Municipality
has for its
objective
making
closer
various
types of
services to
Palilula
citizens, so
that they
could be
able to deal
with the
other
affairs. In
the service
center of
Palilula
there is
also a
service
office desk
for
Administration
for Citizen
Affairs
where the
following
duties are
managed:
birth
certifications,
death
certificates,
wedding
certificates,
signature
certificates,
manuscript –
translation-transcription-contract-approval-authorization
certificates,
life
certificates,
social state
card,
subvention
demands.
There is
also a post
service desk
where the
next
services
could be
competed:
letters
(common,
addressed
–commended,
valuable)
both inner
and
international
traffic, all
payment
types to the
account and
all the
types of
repayments
from the
current
account.
