NEW
MANAGEMENT

After the
local
elections in
the
beginning of
July 2008
and Assembly
constitution
in Palilula
Municipality,
new
management
propounded
its way of
work and its
vision - on
the way to
European
integrations,
the
development
of local
community
must be
directed to
market
mechanism
and must be
based upon
the
experience
where
economic
improvement
depends on
the
capability
of the
community to
rationally
include
material
and,
especially,
human
resources.
Because of
all these
levels we
came very
responsible
into
projecting
process of
development
of Palilula
Municipality.
It is in the
best way
illustrated
by the
listing of
material-financial
business in
the
Municipality.
In the
period from
July 11 2007
to May 11
2008, total
outcome is
for 4, 2
million
of dinars
higher that
total
income, and
in the
period from
July 11 2008
to May 11
2009, when
new
management
was elected,
total
outcome is
for 7,4
million
dinars less
than total
income. With
this fact
and with the
responsible
policy,
Palilula
Municipality
has realized
positive
business
dealing
trend in the
amount of
11,5 million
dinars.
With the
establishment
of the
quality
management
system, and
due to the
demands of
ISO
9001:2000
standard,
that was
started by
the
president of
the
Municipality
–PhD Igor
Novakovic,
in current
harder
conditions,
this will be
of great
importance
for the work
of this
local
government.
