PRIMARY HEALTHCARE AT CITIZENS HAND

Zorica Stojiljkovic, Milos Stojkovic members of Palilula Council together Blagoje Bradic, City Council member,  visited the workers on the reconstruction of Local Community buildings `Ledena Stena` and `Delijski Vis`. These buildings will have one more service in future- providing health medical care services. General practitioner medical care has been available so far in `Delijski Vis`, while `Ledena Stena` has had stationary service of emergency medical service. In the beginning of December, when the completion of works on reconstruction and re-adaptation of these local community buildings was planned, the pediatrics with intervention service, lab and pharmacy will be opened. `Ledena Stena` community building will also have healthy children consultancy office opened. Blagoje Bradic, said during this occasion, that ambulances where pediatrics, general practitioner, intervention, as well as lab, is the fulfilling of more local medical politics objective– making closer the services and care of primary medical protection and local fellow citizens.

Beside opening new ambulances, pharmaciers will be available in each of new medical institutions. The patients from these city parts, after the prescriptive therapy, will not have to travel to center of the city to take free of charge medicament. According to Bradic words, the opening of the ambulances in villages, settlements, parts of the city, beside making life easier and medical services more available, improve even more medical care, and `Dom zdravlja - Nis` will function in this way better, since about 300,000 patients from all Nis municipalities rely on this medical institution.
