Realized actions for youth – Office for Youth participated as a partner (support) in the organizing of following actions:
- 09.02. Office for youth did active role in the promotion of lectures “EU – Perspective of Serbia”, which took a place in the building of University of Nis. One of main lecturers was German ambassador in Serbia, Mr. Volfram Mas.
- 10. – 11.02. Survey of youth who passed training of USAID – related to youth entrepreneurship and start – up business. Also was done filling the report about realization of activities of Action Plan of youth entrepreneurship.

Realized actions for youth – Office for Youth participated as a partner (support) in the organizing of following actions:
- 13. -14.01. Volunteers of Office for Youth helped to the students of sport and physical culture, in the survey of youth age 15 years old. Survey related on knowledge of sport, and it was done within the project on 4th year of academic studies.
- 18.01. Within the project “Entrepreneurship of youth on the village”, financed by USAID and City Municipality of Palilula, we visited young entrepreneur Stefan, who is 24 years old. Within his business, he owns farm with chickens (about 5.500 chickens).
DEVELOPING PROJECT IDEAS – VRANJE
On the call of Association “Green door”, Office for Youth of City Municipality of Palilula, was one of guests lecturers on the seminary that lasted 2 days, 19th and 20th of February this year. Seminary was held in Vranje.In this project participated 20 young people, who passed training for writing the projects. The success of this activity reflex in evolution, that was made on the end of seminary. From this activity we can see that material that is presented was very clearly and useful, as that and knowledge acquired at this seminary young people will continue to apply in its organization.

“CREATE THE FUTURE”
Company “Siemens” fourth year in the row, organizing conquest named “Create the future”. This year, topic to be treated is “Cities of the future”. It must be noted it is a conquest in making of multimedia presentation, that should be informative, as and entertainment character.Registration of the competitors will be performed from 22nd March 2011. Teams will be made from 3 to 5 students, every team will have own mentor as a professor. For this conquest can apply all young people from Serbia age from 12 to 19 years old. BECAUSE WE ALL DESERVE THE KNOWLEDGE
University Metropolitan, in the years of financial crisis, with support of Ministry of Education of Republic of Serbia, decided to act socially responsible and launch the campaign named “Because we all deserve the knowledge”. On this way, students from municipalities it would be possible to study at half the tuition. In the tuition, students get and complete literature. According to the data of Institute of Statistic, municipalities with lowest average income is: Bela Palanka, Vladicin Han, Kursumlija, Svrljig, Gadzin Han, Blace, Palilula (Nis), Pantelej, Raca, Bojnik, Knjazevac, Priboj, Babusnica, Vlasotince, Arilje, Malo Crnice, Ivanjica, Plandiste, Brus, Trstenik, Aleksandrovac, Topola, Bosilegrad, Crna Trava and Cicevac.

CAREER ACADEMY
Belgrade Open School and portal for high school students `Mingle` invited activists of local and regional offices for youth aged 16 to 20 years to apply for the participation in the project `Career Academy`. `Career Academy` is an educational program that will allow 25 young people from all over Serbia to acquire practical skills for their career planning based on personal desires and needs of the labour market. Selected students will learn more about the concept of career counseling and information that will empower them to help the young people of the same age in their community make decisions about choosing a profession, education, and career. It was planned that the students, who successfully complete training and gain certification, would be present in the Offices of youth and help their age young people in solving career concerns.

OFFICE FOR YOUTH IN E - FORTRESS
Second Internet e-festival was organized in the trenches of the Nis Fortress in the period of 3 to 5 September. E-fortress is a festival that promotes the Internet, entrepreneurship, multimedia art, and technological innovations. Festival program is designed to connect learning and fun through seminars visits, workshops and lectures. Visitors had the opportunity to enjoy in the concerts and parties under the open sky. E-fortress is a unique international festival in Serbia, which aspires are to become one of the City of Nis brands. Symbolical are trenches at the fortress, where the festivals are held and creative battles are also won. One of the goals of E-fortress is to develop and accumulate the creativity of youth. HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PROMOTION AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE
After the invitation of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Serbia, the Office for Youth is included in the project "Implementation of the National Strategy for fighting against drugs`. Office for Youth on Thursday June 30 gathered 20 young girls and boys, aged 16 to 26 years, who were divided into two groups according to gender, on the recommendation of the project leader. Girls and boys were focus groups and their active participation contributed a great in the campaign of the fight against drugs. The leader of the focus group was Mary Vujisić, who comes ahead of the Euro Health Group, an organization authorized to implement the National Strategy for fighting against Drugs. This entire project is conducted with the support of the European Union, and Ministries of Justice, Internal affairs, Youth and sport, Finance, Education, Labour and social policy and Culture took part in the project.
YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP
From February to May this year after the recommendation of the Office for Youth rooms, seminars-trainings were held on the topic of youth entrepreneurship. Speakers of the seminar were the experts from the Regional economic center for the development of small and medium enterprises - Krusevac. Seminar participants were the young from 18 to 30 years old and of different educational backgrounds who are interested in starting their own businesses using the start up loans, but also young people who have already successfully started their own business, and wanted to know all the news from the economic-entrepreneurial activities. At this seminar various topics were discussed in economics and entrepreneurship spheres and business planning, funding sources, marketing. After the training, the participants were provided confirmation type of certificates for successful participation in two-day training.
STRENGHTENING YOUTH OFFICE CAPACITIES
In the period of June 6 - 8 in Divljana resort, near Bela Palanka, a three-day seminar on `Strengthening the capacity of the Office for Youth for exchange and cooperation in the border region of Serbia-Bulgaria` was held. Coordinator of the Office for Youth Natasa Stanojevic, attended this seminar, together with the coordinators of the Office for Youth from Pirot, Bela Palanka, Kursumlija, Blace, Rovinj, Knjazevac, Aleksinac and Gadzin Han, but also the representatives of NGOs, such as informal groups `Kobra`, `Youth and Education Center Nis`, `Together for youth`, `Center for creative development Knjaževac`, `Youth Experience Nis` and representatives of the European Houses from Nis and Vranje.
YOUTH IN ACTION TRAINING
Group `Let's ... " from Belgrade and Educational Center from Krusevac, officially named as the Contact points for European Union program "YOUTH IN ACTION", with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, have launched a project which aims to raise the capacity of youth organizations, organizations dealing with youth, local and regional Offices for Youth, in order to take part in Youth in Action (MUA) of the European Union in the best way.
